while it's assumed that any character can get the car around the block someone with stunt driving can manage maneuvers far beyond that of a normal driver. This skill while not necessary for a rigger character, is an obvious choice for any of them who want to control vehicles. Whether its driving a car down the stars of a subway station, managing hairpin turns or jumping a motorcycle off a building these characters can do things with vehicles that would leave most people in a broken pile of metal.
